While using the Gioblu web app, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Identification data: first name, last name, vehicle license plate, tax code or VAT number (for business users);
Contact data: email address, phone number;
Parking data: parking location, start and end times, duration, parking area code, amount paid;
Technical data: IP address, type of device and browser used, access and navigation logs within the web app;
Payment data: transaction code and any data necessary for invoicing (never including card numbers or banking credentials).

Access to data is limited to authorized personnel or suppliers who process data on our behalf, based on contracts compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
5. Who is your data shared with?
Your data may be shared exclusively with the following parties:
Technology service providers (e.g., hosting, server maintenance, notification tools);
Payment service providers (only data strictly necessary for the transaction);
Public entities and competent authorities, in case of legal obligation;
Tax/legal consultants, in case of accounting, tax or litigation needs.
We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Where is your data stored?
Your data is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). If for technical reasons it becomes necessary to transfer data outside the EEA, such transfer will be carried out in compliance with the guarantees provided by the GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
7. How long do we keep your data?
Parking and payment data: for 10 years, as required by accounting and tax obligations;
Inactive account data: 60 months from last activity, after which the account may be deleted or anonymized;
Customer service communications: kept for a maximum of 24 months;
Access logs: for 60 months for security and monitoring purposes.

At any time you can exercise the following rights, within the limits and conditions provided by the GDPR:
Right of access: know what data we process about you;
Right of rectification: update or correct your data;
Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data, if no longer necessary;
Right to restriction: temporarily suspend processing in some cases;
Right to portability: receive data in structured format;
Right to object: object to processing in certain cases;
Right to complain: you can always file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
